The article describes a clinical case of Buschke - Levenstein condyloma. development the tumor is associated with papillomavirus infection against background an immunodeficiency condition. difficulties identifying causally significant factor, complexity patient management, risk unfavorable outcome disease are considered. This example demonstrates need for timely examination men and search new therapies topical systemic immunostimulants.
